You must not
- Use BuildPilot for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or discriminatory activity.
- Attempt to access another customer's workspace, data or account.
- Upload malware, executable payloads or files intended to disrupt the service.
- Probe, scan or test security controls without prior written permission.
- Send spam or marketing communications without a lawful basis and required opt-out mechanisms.
- Upload material that infringes confidentiality, privacy, intellectual-property or contractual rights.
- Use AI outputs without appropriate professional and commercial review.
- Misrepresent qualifications, availability, employment status or work opportunities in the Work Feed.
- Resell, scrape, reverse engineer or replicate the service except where law expressly permits.
Enforcement
BuildPilot may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, comply with law or investigate a suspected breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond.

Email admin@buildpilotai.co.uk with relevant details. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
