The founder story
Ryan Brown has practical experience in construction procurement, buying, plant management, supplier coordination and groundworks workflows. BuildPilot grew from seeing enquiries missed, quotations rebuilt manually, tender information spread across files and commercially important knowledge held in individual spreadsheets.
Our mission
To give small construction and trades businesses an intelligent operating platform that helps them respond faster, stay commercially organised and reduce repetitive administration — without removing human judgement.
Approval-first AI
AI drafts, analyses and suggests. The user reviews and approves. BuildPilot is not designed to invent prices, silently send customer communications or replace competent commercial review.
